This article includes tips for correcting Bridge Setup Not Completed issues found by the Mobile App Troubleshooting Tool.
One of your pHin Bridges is not properly set up. This is most commonly caused by not completing the set up process.
Using the pHin Mobile App, complete the set up instructions for your Bridge:
Step 1: Open the pHin Mobile App
Step 2: Start Bridge Setup
- If you see a "Set up Bridge" disc at your location, tap on that button:
- If you do not see the button above:
Open Location Settings
Click "Add Bridge"
Note: you can safely add the same bridge again, even if it shows up in your current list of devices.
Step 3: Complete all app instructions to set up your Bridge
During setup, you may be asked to do a "hardware reset" of the bridge. Please select "continue" if prompted. This simply allows the hardware to update the network and WiFi password that it is using.
