What happens if the pHin Smart Monitor stops working or breaks?

If the pHin Smart Monitor stops working, the pHin Mobile App will notify you and walk you through the steps to reactivate it. If the pHin Mobile App continues to notice problems that can't be resolved with a reactivation, we will ship you a new monitor, at no cost to you. If there is damage to the monitor, we may have to charge you for the replacement.
